Fancy a go yourself? We’ve got 22 mountain biking centres throughout Scotland, including the ones at Fort William and Glentress shown in the clip. All are highly regarded by bikers and experts alike, as their many plaudits and media praise show. Don’t worry if you’re not quite up to the high speed descents in the film. Colour-coded trails range from easy to difficult, so you can join in even as a beginner.
