Now you can lose that ‘lost tourist with guidebook and map’ look forever! The Edinburgh City podcast will act as your personal guide around the city without giving the game away that you’re not exactly familiar with your surroundings. Available on iTunes, the podcast splits into three sections: the Old Town, The New Town (though late 18^th century is hardly new anymore!) and Leith. It’s a light-hearted but informative introduction to different aspects of Scotland’s capital city. Best of all, you can stop when and where you want and then continue your tour again when you’re ready. And we won’t mind if you tune into some Scottish talent like KT Tunstall or Paolo Nutini en route.
